New members

EuroAccessibility is a public initiative.
EuroAccessibility is opened to European organisations and individuals.
2 types of membership:
1. Consortium member
  - European organisations or individuals must be proposed by a current Consortium member.
  - Then, there is a need that at least 80% of Consortium members agree to validate the request.
2. Technical Partner
  - Participation in the work of a technical Task Force (TF) is opened to any European organisation or individual as a Technical Partner.
  - European organisations or individuals must send a request to the TF they want to participate.
  - The request is accepted regarding to the TF rules.
  - This gives the Technical Partner full participation and voting rights and duties in the relevant TF, without being a Consortium member.
