- Preliminary review
- Checking the AccessiWeb
criteria
- The evaluation report
Checking the AccessiWeb criteria
1. Repartition between the 3 AccessiWeb experts
- A classification of the AccessiWeb criteria into 3 lists has been done
on the basis of the 3 experts’ profiles.
- Some of them belong to more than 1 list.
2. A detailed process for checking
- An array has been filled in with all the AccessiWeb criteria.
- For each of them a detailed description of how to check it has been
provided (which tool to use and how to use it for instance).
- A third column in the array gives space for writing comments if
necessary.
- Each AccessiWeb Expert does its evaluation on the selected Web pages
according to the list of AccessiWeb criteria he has.
- All the AccessiWeb criteria are checked on all the selected Web
pages.
3. Evaluation overlap to validate the results
- In addition to its list of AccessiWeb criteria, each AccessiWeb Expert
evaluates the selected Web pages testing 5 criteria from the 2 other
lists.
- If results are different, the evaluation manager organises a
face-to-face meeting between the Experts.
