Each year, in partnership with the Global Initiative for Inclusive ICTs (G3ict), BrailleNet publishes a white paper which picks up and builds on the topics discussed at the European e-Accessibility Forum.
BrailleNet’s latest white paper, e-Accessible Culture, is now available for free download on the BrailleNet website.
Picking up and building on topics addressed at the 11th European e-Accessibility Forum, held on 19 June 2017 at the Cité des Sciences in Paris, fourteen of the conference speakers and one further expert explore the role digital technologies can play in ensuring our cultural landscape is fully inclusive.
Articles present inclusive approaches to music-making, publishing, multimedia, visitor experience and image description and demonstrate how a broader and more accessible cultural offering can greatly benefit the wider community.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the contributors, partners and sponsors that have made this publication possible.
